This role requires leadership in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for contributing practical solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth and innovation. What you will be doing: Develop and implement an agile IT strategy to ensure reliable infrastructure, support rapid growth, and align with organizational goals. Manage IT support, cybersecurity, and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, FDA), while overseeing hardware, software, and network operations. Collaborate with departments to address technology needs, optimize budgets, and maintain vendor relationships for essential IT services. What we need: 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strategic IT Leadership: You have a track record of developing and executing IT strategies that drive business growth. You're ready to lead a fast-growing start-up’s tech operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Hands-On Problem Solver: You’re not just a planner—you dive in to troubleshoot and resolve issues, keeping hardware, software, and networks functioning at peak performance. Security-Minded Professional: You understand the importance of cybersecurity, especially in the medical device industry, and have experience implementing protocols that safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with HIPAA and FDA standards. Collaborative Innovator: You thrive in a cross-functional environment, working closely with teams to understand their tech needs and deliver scalable solutions that enhance productivity and innovation. Vendor and Asset Manager: You’re organized and efficient, with experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and IT assets, ensuring the right tools and technologies are available to meet evolving business demands.
