AGE Industries, a manufacturing company is looking to satisfy an IT Intern position to assist with day-to-day activities and software for our ERP system. This opportunity is great for a college student or recent graduate looking to get some work experience with a growing manufacturing company. Preferred Education / Qualifications: Must be knowledgeable in MS Windows-based client/server OS, MS productivity software such as Office 365, computer/networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, IOS and Android devices. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required. Must be very critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great organization skills, communicating necessary information to supervisors, as well as making suggestions for improving operations as necessary. Ability to multitask effectively. Ability to maintain and update technical documentation for the Enterprise. Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus. Basic C# coding is a plus. Experience with SSRS Report Builder is a plus. Duties / Responsibilities: Help to train users in the use of Epicor ERP System. Provide user support during ERP implementation. Windows 10 installation, configuration, and support. OS & application updates/installation. Diagnose and resolve computer system issues as they arise. Act as a link between end users and higher-level support. Collaborate with other employees to maintain standards and functionality. Other duties as assigned by management.
