With a strong presence in the South, East Anglia, Midlands, and London regions. Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Helpdesk Manager, with a service focus, to join them on a permanent basis. IT Service/Helpdesk Manager – Newark Join a dynamic and forward-thinking Managed Print, IT & Vo IP Telecoms Solutions provider. With a strong presence in the South, East Anglia, Midlands, and London regions. Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Helpdesk Manager, with a service focus, to join them on a permanent basis. As an IT Helpdesk Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide a high level IT support through the help desk and on-site customer visits when required. This role has a key focus customer satisfaction, where you will be the central point of contact for addressing complex issues, managing customer escalations, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations. You will be managing a small but dedicated and well established team of 2 engineers and 2 outsourced 3rd party engineers. This position demands hands-on involvement, including active participation in customer calls during peak periods. You’ll need to possess excellent communication skills with the ability to break down technical terms and solve challenging problems. Requirements: Previous experience providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support, ideally within a managed services environment however certainly not mandatory Previous team lead/management experience Microsoft Active Directory, including 365 directory Sync Microsoft Office applications 2016, 2019, 365Office 365 Administration and Implementation Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop platforms Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/8/10/11Connectivity and configuration, including routers, firewalls, and security Any.
