Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members, ensuring smooth IT setup Oversee JAMF administration and configure Okta for access control and security Support security audits and ensure compliance across IT operations Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role Hands-on experience with JAMF and Okta administration Experience supporting remote employees with IT requests Ability to be part of an on-call rotation Desire to learn and grow in DevOps
