IT Associate - Sacramento, CA Compensation: $25 to $29 per hour Nexus HR is looking for an IT Associate stationed in a Sacramento, CA office with travel requirements to the client's multiple sites as needed. About the Job: The IT Associate will be responsible for multiple sites' setup, maintenance, and security. This will require traveling about 50% of the time and attending to different IT infrastructure needs of the different sites. Duties and Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies. Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware, and software components. Perform routine maintenance and inspection of desktops, phones, network, and server systems. Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance. Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance levels. Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions in collaboration with level 2 or expert engineers available. Maintain IT infrastructure and managed help desk issues as assigned. Update software antivirus regularly. Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms. Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary. Provide advice and training to other associates. Assist in the installation and maintenance of the telephone system. Possesses cloud infrastructure knowledge Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred Two to three years of experience as an IT Associate or any relevant experience Must have IT Helpdesk Support experience CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred Experience working with EHR/EMR is highly preferred Strong computer knowledge in, but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Proficient communication skills Willingness to travel to and from our different offices and clinics Authorized to work in the US Able to work in Sacramento, CA Spanish bilingual is preferred Willing to travel in and around SoCal as required Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Do you have a CompTIA A+ certification?
