Firm does PTAB/IPR and ITC work. **REQUIREMENTS ** Ideal applicants would have experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings as well as a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Applicants with some degree of familiarity with source code are preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
