AmLaw 100 Firm with Cravath level compensation. The firm represents Brand Pharmaceutical Companies in Hatch-Waxman Litigations. Very active with representing petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants and respondents at the ITC. Per Legal Times (2023): "A Preferred Law Firm for In-house Lawyers" Top 10 ranking in attorney satisfaction, per The American Lawyer, and best firms to work for, per Vault. REQUIREMENTS Law firm experience and a technical degree are preferred. Aptitude for working on cases relating to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields. Outstanding academic credentials. Patent litigation experience. Superior written and oral communications skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
