Salary: This position pays an average of $62.74/hour depending on experience. Description of Role: SRI Telecom seeks a skilled Mobile Application Developer to enhance the Xfinity app's Customer Experience. This role involves developing key Wi-Fi management features, including parental controls, signal boosting, and Storm Ready Wi-Fi, to improve in-home connectivity for users. Ideal candidates have a strong background in mobile development and a passion for creating intuitive, user-focused tools. Responsibilities: Develops and implements iOS and/or Android features within the Xfinity app, focusing on connectivity tools such as battery back-up Wi-Fi to enhance user experience. Executes SwiftUI and Xcode development, following best practices in mobile app engineering and adhering to project specifications. Defines and refines user stories for app features, establishing a clear vision of functionality to ensure seamless integration and performance. Utilizes automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices to validate app stability, functionality, and reliability. Works within a time-sensitive project environment, contributing immediately to development under the guidance of an existing lead. Applies a proactive, hands-on approach to deliver on high-priority objectives efficiently and effectively without the need for architectural input. Skills: Must have proficiency in iOS and/or Android development with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development. Must have strong expertise in SwiftUI and Xcode for building and integrating app features. Must be able to speak to experience working in collaborative team environments and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. Must be able to work onsite as required to support project coordination and team alignment. Ideally has previous experience with Comcast projects or a solid understanding of Comcast's technology ecosystem. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
