Job title : Invoice SpecialistPosition : Full timeLocations : Raleigh-Durham International Airport, NCRequired Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)- Minimum of 5 years of experience in invoice processing, invoice accounting or related field- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams- Building positive relationships and rapport among project teams- Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint- The use of project management software such as Procore- Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature- Assigning, prioritizing, monitoring, and reviewing work assignment- Carefully review detailed documents and identify areas of non-compliance- Calculate taxes, discounts, and other financial transactions with precisionPowered by JazzHR
