Summary Responsible for Warehouse and Production Inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis. Hours: 4:00AM Start Time - Monday through Friday - Approximately 8-10 Hours Per Day Direct Reports: 3 to 5 Responsibilities * Daily Cycle Counting of All Full Goods and Raw Goods * Daily/Weekly Variance Reporting * Month End Inventory Variance Reporting * Daily/Weekly Review of At-Risk Product and Coordinating with Sales/Warehouse to Fire Sale Product * Slotting of New Product * Continuous Re-Slotting of Pick Aisles to Improve Order Builder Efficiency * Cross-Functional Communication to Production/Warehouse Teams on Improvement Opportunities * Daily Review of Out Stocks that show Inventory On-Hand * Manage On-Hold/Non-Conforming Product in SAP and Physical Storage * Complies with all safety policies and procedures. * Maintain quality standards. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell. * Frequent use of Video Display Terminal (VDT), Keyboard, and Mouse. Qualifications * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * High School diploma or GED; Associates preferred. * 3 - 5 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverage industry. * Prior auditing experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Forklift strongly preferred. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc. Additional Information ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC applicants must submit to a background verification process prior to commencing employment with the company.
