Inventory Analyst

Essential Functions / Position Summary Track through daily job production tickets - ensure all inventory used in production is correct/accurate Follow-up w/ production team & investigate discrepancies from job tickets Generate invoices for OH & AZ warehouse & ensure invoices sent to proper customers Perform weekly reconciliation for liquid inventory Collect data from production, investigate & meet w/ Director of Finance weekly Completion of credit memorandums Monitor & adjust inventory based on company needs (i.e. QC issues, transfers to retail store, scrap, inventory cycle counts) Update Production team on Open job productions tickets Record/File completed (Closed) production tickets daily Communicate w/ production on issues related continuous improvement of processes/procedures Perform updates in ERP (DEACOM) in relation to cost, bill of materials, new pricing (upon approval) etc. Perform set-up in ERP (DEACOM) for new items (UPC's, price, finished good, bill of material, etc.) Generate monthly inventory reports for Director of Finance & Chief of Operations Assist w/ fiscal year-end physical inventory count Lead & complete quarterly physical inventory count for AZ warehouse location Essential Functions *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Competencies Good working knowledge of MS Word (Basic) and Excel (Intermediate) Organized & able to work with minimal to no supervision Problem Solving / Analysis Results Driven Detailed Oriented Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This position is an in-office role. (No remote work) Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is sometimes required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position (in office), and a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Travel None.
