Basic Function Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company is seeking a full-time Inventory Analyst. As a key member of the Production Planning department this position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of finished products, additive and packaging components in SAP for Lubeplex which is critical for schedulers to keep operations running and to controllers for financial reporting accuracy. This position is on lead for the development and execution of Improvement Initiatives to achieve and sustain loss control practices. This position will also play a key role in providing coverage and support to the Scheduling functions within the department. Job Duties Troubleshoot daily posting issues to clear SAP production orders and ensure that product can be delivered to customers as scheduled Resolve any errors regarding bulk production orders, and assist Billing Desk/Scale House with any posting issues they may have throughout the day Perform Goods Receipt on all incoming purchase orders: Purchase orders being delivered to Sylvite or any of our Third Party Locations Incoming additive railcars Support third party manufacturing inventory reconciliations Bulk shipments from other warehouses Lead the investigation to reduce losses at Lubeplex by working with operations personnel, supply chain, suppliers and management Assist Accounts Payable and Procurement with corrections on inventory receipts for all purchase orders Ensure accurate transfers within SAP with respect to manual movements Transfer inventory of purchased basestocks as offloaded to tankage Back up the Scheduling functions for vacation coverage and support of investigations Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion Experience 5 years of related inventory experience Knowledge of Lubricants, Global Supply Chain and Lubeplex manufacturing process is preferred Materials management.
