A company is looking for an International Recruiter to lead efforts in sourcing and onboarding international talent. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement global talent sourcing strategies Conduct candidate screenings and manage interview processes Ensure compliance with international labor laws and USAID regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in international recruitment Experience recruiting for USAID and working with PSCs Strong understanding of international labor and visa requirements Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
