Internal Medicine physician employment in Virginia : The Inline Group - Full Time Hours:Flexible Schedules Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 16-20 daily Call Schedule: 1:5 Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - $194k to $252kMarket Competitive Salary Benefits: - Start-up incentives, which may include medical education debt assistance and residency stipends- $5,000 relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles- Robust retirement plan and match- Generous benefits and paid time off- Paid CME- In-house for certification/recertification (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and others)- Annual certification pay up to $300 Additional Info: Details:- 100% Outpatient Care- Academic Practice Setting- EPIC EMR- NP onsite- Clinical Support including LPN's 3 RN Care Coordinators, and MA's.- Robust RN care coordination program, diabetes education and nutrition programs, a hepatitis C treatment program, and a nephrology specialty clinic.- Diagnosis & management of common medical conditions and disease prevention.- Supervision and teaching of medical residents during their ambulatory medical rotations; andteaching of medical students during their clinical medical rotations.- Attending on the general medicine inpatient unit at the University of Virginia Health System2 to 4 weeks per year may be an option for the interested physician.- Support may also be available for academic or research interests that meet the Department ofMedicine's patient care mission.Qualifications:- Board-eligible/board-certified in Internal Medicine- Primary care outpatient experience preferred- Committed to providing excellent care {ts '2024-11-17 13:15:57'}-5396DF12-AFEF-F76B-A72F7B01ADFA0BB5
