About the opportunity: 3 Provider practice Monday-Friday work week No nights or weekends Call 1:4 36 patient contact hours The physician is assigned a medical assistant Office has a strong support staff Patient-centered practice opportunity in a supportive and collegial environment Financial package/benefits: $10k sign-on bonus and relocation bonus Five days CME and a $3500 stipend A generous compensation package that includes up to $10k annually in quality care bonus Location/Community: Located 50 miles from New York City and 60 miles west of Hartford, CT,along the Long Island Sound. Surrounded by a number of quaint towns, this beautiful suburban location boasts excellent housing and school systems.
