Bassett Healthcare Network is a rural integrated health care system that serves communities through an eight county region, covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The network includes a Primary Hospital that is Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center, a secondary Hospital, and three critical access hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. Job Description & Responsibilities The Division of General Internal Medicine is an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, Level 3 Recognized practice. We use fully integrated EPIC inpatient and ambulatory EMR Join a remarkable team of General Internists and Advanced Practice Clinicians Provide comprehensive Medical Care for patients 18 and above Orientation time to ramp up schedule to a maximum of 8 patients per 4 hour session, 9 sessions per week Protected administrative time Wednesday mornings Dedicated nursing and administrative staff Clinical teaching in General Internal Medicine and/or Geriatrics Secondary call coverage a first call system in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients Faculty appointment from Columbia University, daily interaction with medical students, Internal Medicine, and Transitional residents Excellent technological and subspecialty support Salary Range: $167,082 - $286,497. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement.
