Reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit and working alongside other Internal Audit Managers, the successful candidate will lead audits of business units, processes, IT systems, transformation programmes and risk management across the full spectrum of the Group's operations and locations. The team is fully bought into hybrid working, typically meeting in Waterloo twice a month. The role will include an element of travel (up to 20), and it is expected that the successful candidate will travel to perform audits at other locations of the Group (including the Nordics, Greece and India) as directed. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: : Fully own a portfolio of internal audits from the annual internal audit plan, from scoping and planning through to agreeing findings with management and preparing reporting for audit sponsors, the Executive Committee and Audit Committee: Work closely with our co: source partners (EY) on joint audits, to deliver the best possible value and outcomes from co: sourced support: Supervise and coach the day: to: day work of more junior team members where required : Engage in the wider work of the Internal Audit team, such as the preparation of periodic reporting to the Audit Committee, participation in wider business forums as the IA representative, and tracking of audit recommendations: Undertake other or ad: hoc tasks as directed by the Group Head of Internal Audit or Group Director of Internal Audit, Risk and Insuranc Key skills and.
