Intern Design Drafter Work Location : Butte, MT Pay range : $20.00 per hour Employment Status: Temporary (May - August full-time, 40 hours per week) (September - December part-time, 20 hours per week) External candidates apply at northwesternenergy.com Internal candidates apply through iConnect About this position: The Design Drafter Intern will provide drafting support to Design Drafters workload, including supporting current and future projects in the Gas Transmission and Storage Department About this job: Support as-built survey and drafting work for various ongoing and future projects Work closely with Drafting, engineering and field personnel Work almost daily with AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant, CADWorx Plant, Occasional use of Word, Access, and Excel Learn to build CAD 3D piping models of Gas Transmission Facilities using CADWorx Plant Piping Software while also learning AutoCAD Plant Software Assist with as-built processes Assist with station schematics Assist with backlog of as-built Participate in organizational work meetings Travel up to 5% of the time may be required Lifting of material up to 50 pounds All NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives Am I right for this job?
