Requisition ID: 71322 Job Description Summary: This position aims to develop and sustain efficient engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operational methods that improve efficiency for an RF Packaging Assembly Prototype line. We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Intern from Jan 2024- March 2024. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with prototype and engineering teams to understand operations and develop solutions to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. Determine metrics and create comprehensive dashboards to monitor the progress and effectively communicate with leadership. Drive the projects to increase productivity, reduce lead time, improve quality, and cost savings. Analyze and ensure material transactions are correctly executed, accurately, and timely. Keep track of chemical inventory and order chemicals when needed. Make sure all inventory is labeled correctly according to the product name and Exp date. Verify stencil inventory and order new ones when required; dispose of old inventory. Track our inventory supplies such as capillaries, tooltips, ejectors, and UV Tape and ensure the products are ordered on time. Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned. Qualifications: Undergoing bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business, Supply Chain, or related branch Communication – demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups, including suppliers, customers, and associates, both verbally and in writing. Excellent listening skills. Creativity – generate original ideas, encourage new ways of thinking, explore options, and develop innovative solutions. The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
