Role and Responsibilities Project focus will be business development, marketing and social media content Work directly with corporate office members to prepare competitive analysis, marketing outreach lists, and monitor marketing lead data Assist President with business development lead follow-ups; setup conference calls, meet-n-greets for new leads, send capability statements to leads, other tasks as assigned Work in collaboration with sales &operations gaining exposure to systems and strategies that drive a successful sales and operations division. Support and execute social media strategies for HCRS, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Bring new and big ideas to the table with a digital/social first mindset, as well as collaboratively build on others' concepts to deliver engagement Attend department meetings, sales and networking meetings, (where feasible). Manages calendars and schedules appointments. Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements Have knowledge of brand social strategy and ability to develop marketing briefs that inspire cutting edge create work. Ability to effectively interact with internal/external stakeholders and all levels of management with exceptional skills in preparing and presenting materials across varying audiences. Highly organized and a detail junkie Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent. Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
