Job DescriptionCandidate will take over the role of Director, Global Quality Systems Excellence leader for an interim period (2-3 months) while refining how some QMS activities will be done. They will be responsible for oversee and design of a consistent approach for how transformation of distinct quality systems areas are addressed (process, OCM, and connections with technology). They will need to provide subject matter guidance on CAPA/LIR.Necessary Skills and Abilities * Must have a strong command of and experience core QMS areas and regulation * Must have experience in QMS transformation (this means actual transformation and not just writing and training on SOPs) * Depth and experience in process design, OCM, and training design/execution/facilitation * In depth understanding of and previous process owner for CAPA and Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIR) (10-15 years). This person was a former AD (at least) in 2-3 roles. * Experience leading or working on establishing a CAPA Program is required * Must have experience with conducting CAPA/LIR transformations within organization - at least 3-4 transformations in career * Can successfully facilitate CAPA/LIR transformation discussion with R&D stakeholders * Cross-GxP expertise in CAPA design and transformation * Familiarity with developing documentation, technology, metrics/reports, and change-related activities (OCM expertise) related to CAPA/LIR * Clear with how to successfully influence the organization to lead to a sustainable process * Experience with and ability to provide leadership, expertise and guidance on implementation of CAPA/LIR activities and deliverables.
