This role involves managing and overseeing IP litigation cases at various stages, from initiation through resolution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service within a collaborative team environment.DutiesOversee and strategically manage multiple IP litigation matters from inception to conclusion.Produce high-quality legal work, maintaining a commitment to client service and ethical standards.Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and delegating tasks to junior associates and support staff when needed.Build and manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.Ensure compliance with legal profession standards, maintaining alignment with firm values and promoting diversity and inclusion.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong decision-making and leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.Compliance with ongoing license renewal and continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.SkillsProficient in strategic case management and decision-making in complex IP litigation.Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach to communication.Ability to delegate effectively and mentor junior team members.Commitment to continuous learning, with adaptability to new technology and legal trends.Alignment with firm values, including a dedication to promoting diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive firm.
