The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions and handling trial work.Duties:Develop court submissions related to infringement and validity.Manage discovery processes and prepare motions.Collaborate on expert opinions and trial preparation.Work closely with team members to support case strategies.Maintain excellent organizational skills throughout case management.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably in high-tech sectors.Must be barred and in good standing in the state of practice.Admission to the USPTO is preferred.Education:Graduate degree in technology-related fields, such as electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences.Certifications:Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.USPTO admission preferred.Job Location:Chicago, ILSkills:Excellent analytical and writing skills.Strong academic record.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
