This is a direct hire, full time position with very competitive pay. **Intake Specialist** Personal Injury Law Firm in Beverly Hills, CAPay: $30-40/hr**Position Overview**As our Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting prospective clients with our team of experienced personal injury attorneys. This position is responsible for fielding incoming inquiries, conducting thorough intake interviews, and qualifying potential cases. Your work will directly impact our firm's ability to identify and onboard new clients, making this an impactful and rewarding role.**Key Responsibilities** Respond to phone, email, and web-based inquiries from prospective clients Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to gather critical case details Evaluate cases for merit and client fit based on firm guidelines Provide empathetic, attentive, and professional customer service Maintain meticulous records and case notes in our client management system Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless onboarding Assist with follow-up communications and status updates as needed **Qualifications** 1+ years' experience as an Intake Specialist - Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role - Required Strong communication and active listening skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and data entry proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with personal injury law or the legal industry preferred Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others Powered by JazzHR
