This role involves both direct client communications and collaboration with the Intake Specialist team, focusing on assessing prospective client needs and ensuring they receive appropriate legal direction.Duties:Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients via phone and in-person meetings.Evaluate potential cases to determine if they align with the firm's practice or require referral to other legal entities.Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm’s system.Provide follow-up communications to prospective clients as needed.Assist the Intake Specialist team with legal inquiries and support on case evaluations.Requirements:Proven experience in client-facing legal roles, preferably with intake or case assessment.Strong understanding of Michigan No-Fault Law.Skilled in using data management systems for accurate record-keeping and retrieval.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Michigan.Certifications:Michigan Bar admission is required.Skills:Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.High proficiency in relationship management and client consultation.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ethical legal practices.Cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with clients.Ability to work collaboratively with a team, providing effective legal support.Job Location:Southfield, MI
