Insurance Sales Representative -Personal Lines (Hybrid Position) Employment Type: Full Time Paying $45,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience. About You: *** You have your P&C license in the state of Texas*** You are a seasoned salesperson who already sells Personal Lines insurance and is looking to take your income and career to the next level. You have an outgoing personality, are seasoned in selling insurance, and have your P&C license. You are comfortable cold calling either in person or over the phone. Networking and meeting people for the first time is enjoyable and fun. You have excellent listening skills and know how to use them. Your style is natural and genuine. Our independent insurance business has been established for over 100 years, and our CEO has been in the insurance industry for 40 years. We are a trusted, dependable, and valuable asset with over 20 employees. We rarely hire, so we are looking for the right person. Our success is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community, and the companies we work with. We also invest our time and money by helping charities both locally and abroad. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm. These hours may be somewhat flexible and working remotely part time may become available after you are fully trained and successful. Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by carThis may also include:• Self-Starter, Go Getter, Driven, independent and able to handle rejection, Possess an enthusiastic attitude, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and honest Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly About Company: At Ramey King Insurance, you have our attention.
