We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Agents. As an Entry-Level Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in the dynamic field of life insurance. Responsibilities:• Learn and understand the basics of life insurance products and services.• Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills in sales, customer service, and insurance regulations.• Prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients.• Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and provide them with suitable life insurance options.• Work closely with experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales techniques and customer relationship building.• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive work environment.• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.• Follow established processes and guidelines for sales presentations, applications, and policy issuance.• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.• Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.• Basic computer skills.• Must be willing to complete the training program for your life insurance license.
