We are seeking a full-time Insurance Operations Manager. Responsibilities / Duties: Provide oversight and management of agency operations. Ensure effectiveness of core insurance operating system, including all maintenance and utilities functions, system updates, and reporting. Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures. Measure productivity (audits) to demonstrate utilization and optimization of technologies; identify areas for training and process improvement. Assist with developing staffing efficiencies. Manage, train, and mentor team of insurance customer service professionals. Competencies: Strong technical, problem solving, decision-making and delegation skills. Solid understanding of insurance principles and in-depth knowledge of agency core system. Exercise independent judgment under moderate supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Supervisory/Leadership skills desirable. Operations background preferred. Minimum of 2 year college education.
