This position is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 6 years of experience in litigation and insurance coverage analysis who is eager to work on complex legal matters within a dynamic team.Duties:Engage in various litigation activities, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.Analyze insurance coverage and prepare comprehensive coverage opinions, particularly concerning third-party property and general liability issues.Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written documents to support litigation efforts.Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for complex insurance claims and litigation.Requirements:A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience.Strong background in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions.Excellent research and writing skills, complemented by strong academic credentials.Active admission to the California Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California Bar in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in litigation processes and procedures.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive work culture with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
