A leading Irvine law firm is seeking an experienced insurance defense attorney to add to their rock-star legal team. This law firm is committed to providing outstanding results and service to their communities across southern California. The ideal candidate will handle general liability cases including commercial and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and HOA, in a team-oriented atmosphere. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of California 1-7 years experience in civil litigation Superior analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Deposition and law and motion experience Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial Propounding and responding to discovery Medical record review/summaries Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts Attend court hearings Prepare motions/oppositions Prepare case status reports to carriers Trial preparation Benefits Over 5 Different Medical Plans offered Dental, Vision and Long Term Disability offered 401k Gym Membership Electric Vehicle Charging Station onsite Monthly Phone Allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
