Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Job OverviewA law firm seeks a mid-level to senior Associate with at least 2 years of experience in litigation to join its Philadelphia office. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in complex litigation, specifically insurance defense. Candidates will be involved in a range of casework, from drafting pleadings and motions to court appearances and depositions. Opportunities for career advancement and independent project work are available.
