This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, handling complex cases that require comprehensive litigation experience and expertise in insurance coverage matters.DutiesConduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support complex litigation cases.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Represent clients effectively in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high productivity.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on multifaceted litigation matters.Engage in clear and strategic communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, and other relevant parties.Contribute to case strategy discussions, helping to shape and plan litigation approaches.RequirementsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with a solid academic track record.Admission to the California State Bar.5+ years of substantial experience in insurance coverage litigation.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive membership in the California State Bar.SkillsProficiency in independently managing and executing complex legal tasks.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal strategies and positions.Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent judgment and a high level of professionalism in all client and case interactions.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies.Job LocationSanta Monica, CA
