This role involves managing complex insurance coverage disputes and providing expert legal advice to clients.Duties:Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration.Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and liability issues.Provide legal counsel to policyholders or insurance companies regarding insurance claims and coverage matters.Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and stay current with insurance law and regulations developments.Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to develop case strategies.Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as required.Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal issues.Prepare and present legal arguments in court and during settlement negotiations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility to practice law in Minnesota.4-6 years of experience in insurance coverage law, including litigation and counseling.Proven track record of handling complex insurance coverage cases.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.Skills:Expertise in insurance coverage and liability law.Proficiency in legal research and case management.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and legal documents.Effective client communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
