Responsibilities:• Establish relationships with local businesses and individuals to sell insurance products• Stay updated on industry trends, services, and customer needs within the insurance sector.• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and meeting customer requirements promptly.• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers and potential clients.• Collaborate with underwriting, call center associates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.• Pursue continuous education and training to maintain current certifications.• Participate in relevant events to promote Farm Bureau Insurance of Idaho and expand professional networks. Qualifications:• Licenses: You will be required to be licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance to sell.
