We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent with at least two years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Customer Relations Representative to ensure exceptional service levels by interacting with customers, addressing complaints, and responding to inquiries with a high degree of professionalism. Write and manage new property and casualty insurance business, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize expert knowledge of industry products and services to offer solutions that meet customer needs. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience with a Property and Casualty license. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Skills: Empathy: Ability to understand and share the feelings of others, creating a positive and supportive customer experience. Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying solutions to complex issues with a strategic approach. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active Listening: Ability to actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in relevant insurance products, regulations, and market trends. Patience and Self-Motivation: Capable of managing time effectively and working independently with little supervision. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
