Instrumentation and Controls Technician Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience as an Instrumentation & Controls Technician High school diploma required, a 2-year degree or certification in Instrumentation & Controls or a related field is a plus Experience with controls in a Water or Wastewater environment preferred Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred Valid driver's license required. General schedule will include travel to client sites by use of personal or company vehicle Proficiency in electrical wiring of power and control equipment Ability to understand electrical schematics and make field revisions and records for power distribution and control circuits Skilled in electrical and mechanical equipment installation, and the use of electrical and electronic test equipment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and with deadlines on an ongoing basis Flexibility in adapting to changing and challenging situations Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills Water, Wastewater controls experience preferred Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of control panels, power distribution equipment, automation systems, field instrumentation, conduit, and wiring Testing of power systems, control systems and instrumentation Conduct hands-on troubleshooting of power and motor control circuits and field instrumentation Provide technical support in resolving equipment issues Interpreting, troubleshooting and documenting control panel schematics Field PLC control panel wiring Variable frequency drive installation and startup Troubleshooting analog loops Benefits: Hybrid Work Schedule for Most Positions Training and Professional Development Casual Dress Code Employee Referral Bonus Health Benefits Company paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term Disability Paid Time Off Holidays 401K Plan Pet Friendly Environment Schedule will include travel to client sites by use of a personal or company vehicle, and availability for occasional after hours client support as well as overnight travel.
