A company is looking for a 1099 Instructional Designer, Workforce to lead creative design and develop engaging training content. Key Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to design instructional solutions Develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules and assessments Manage instructor development programs and maintain training standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an LMS designer or administrator 8+ years of experience in instructional design across multiple modalities Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience with Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology and ADDIE model Documented experience creating synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences
