JW Floor Covering Inc. seeks an Install Coordinator to join our Call Center. The install coordinator will assist customers before, during, and after their flooring installation by preparing for them for the installation, scheduling installation dates and repairs, accepting overflow calls from other branch offices, responding to emails, etc. To apply, respond to the pre-screening questions and include an up-to-date resume. JW Floor Covering Inc. has provided superior flooring installations since 1989. We are an exclusive flooring installer for the nation's #1 home improvement retailer. We have nine service branches in CA and NV: San Diego, Temecula, Canoga Park, Santa Maria, Castroville, Hayward, Pittsburg, Santa Rosa, and Las Vegas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include Contacting customers before, during, and after their flooring installation Talking calls from our business partners and overflow calls from our other branch offices Live Chat Support Scheduling installation and/or repair dates Preparing HOA documentation and paperwork Reviewing Installation Orders for accuracy Making survey calls to customers Any other tasks assigned by management Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $18 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
