We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities: • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly + commissions for sales About Company: We are a team of people helping people. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community, and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
