Inside Sales Specialist Overview Leading distributor of nutritious snacks, dedicated to providing tasty and health-conscious options to consumers across the country, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Specialist. Primary Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential clients interested in offering healthy snack options at retail locations including supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty health food stores, and more. Cultivate strong relationships with current clients and new prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences in the healthy snack category. Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline development using CRM software. Qualifications Prior experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or similar roles. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
