POSITION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understating their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Customer retention focused through a proactive touch model Partnership with Marketing supporting lead and demand generation Partnership with Outside Sales supporting large customers and lead generation Partnership with Customer Experience to support quote conversion REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES High School Diploma or beyond 3+ years of sales, sales development, and/or account management experience Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, CRM Knowledge Comfortable working fluidly across personal and digital communications channels 5+ years of customer success or customer service experience Knowledge of fluid power systems Fluid power systems training/certifications Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry WHAT WE OFFER Along with competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package.
