You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today! No mortgage experience is necessary - training is provided Hourly + Commission We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Loan Officer Trainee. During this time, you will be working towards your NMLS license and becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer. Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening• Pre-Qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred• 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting preferred • Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required• MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Compensation: $15 hourly + Commission About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
