Not only answer incoming calls from customers - but will also make outbound sales calls. Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly Communicating with customers when a delay (Back Order) will occur and offering alternatives Determining availability and price information Ability to work independently and as a team player Correctly documenting and completing sale on parts invoice Monitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems, and notifying upon arrival
