Entry-level candidates can anticipate earning $40,000 to $70,000 in the first year, with over 90% seeing a 20% to 40% increase in salary by the second year. Responsibilities:• Acquire hands-on knowledge of our products and services through a thorough one-month training period• Engage with clients to provide guidance and information on our procedures, building their trust and confidence• Provide recommendations on the best services and products based on pricing, availability, and customer needs• Collaborate closely with the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience• Develop and maintain a loyal client base to generate referrals• Set clear expectations for customers and effectively promote additional services• Work independently or in collaboration with the team as required Qualifications:• Must be highly motivated and possess exceptional time management skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• Familiarity with effective sales strategies and techniques• Comfortable with engaging customers and seeking their business and recommendations• Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and work well in a team environment• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards consistently• Embraces a positive attitude and embodies the core values of MG Moving Services• Fluency in bilingual language is a plus but not mandatory• Previous sales experience, either inside or outside, is preferred but not necessary Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000+ DOE About Company: Are you looking for a rewarding career with an award-winning company that is growing nationally?
