Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish and assist prospects in completing digital applications• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies and industries• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly + bonuses About Company: CoCard Business is a provider of payment technology solutions for businesses of all sizes across the United States.
