Knowledge of retail buying and the wholesale B2B industry is preferred but not necessary. Salary + Comm $45,000- $55,000 First Year Average Pay Details: · Paid Training · 6 Month Commission Guarantee · Uncapped Monthly Sales compensation (base + commission) · Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses · Total Average Earnings: $45,000-55,000 (first year) · Starting Base Salary $35,000 Schedule Details: · Temporarily remote role that will be reporting into our beautiful new sales office in early 2022. · During the first 3-4 weeks of training, your schedule will be Mon-Fri, (11:00AM-6:00PM EST). · After onboarding is completed and you transition to your regular position, your schedule will run Monday – Friday and you will be able to set your 8-hour day within the hours of 7AM – 7PM EST daily. In this role you will: · Place outbound sales calls from our database of new leads, web-site registrations and previous customers. · Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives. · Perform B2B direct consultative selling · Must have proficient PC, analytical, decision making and organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with customers & prospects, as well as to close sales. · Previous cold calling and /or experience is recommended but we will train the right person.
