We are currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for our Middleburg Heights, OH location. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to proactively contact an existing customer base to promote and sell a wide range custom imprinted Med-Compliance products offered by Compass Health Brands . Experience in outbound calling sales environment would be considered an asset. T he successful candidate will be adept at relationship building, able to make recommendations to customers for the most effective use of their marketing and advertising budgets to maximize their customers brand awareness. The successful candidate will also possess strong organization and time management skills. The position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for growing business with an established customer base. Duties Include (but are not limited to): - Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual sales objectives - Manage o utbound call activity to customers including scheduled call rotations to promote monthly product specials - Business development activities including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities - Developing long-term, trusted business relationships with all levels of the customer's organization - On going maintained of Customer Relationship Management tool with relevant customer information - Accurate order entry and management of customer's orders and artwork files. Qualifications: - Experience calling on and building relationships with business owners and purchasing and marketing departments - 2-5 years of inside sales experience with above average achievement to sales objectives and strong follow-up skills - Possess effective time management skills and the ability to work independently - Proven track record of success in managing and growing an assigned customer base - Effective at identifying and developing new business opportunities with new and current customers - Ability to work independently and be a contributor to a positive work environment - Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and SalesForce We offer a competitive salary with a perf ormance based incentive plan and comprehensive health insurance benefits depending on experience and qualifications.
