THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE Schedule: You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Day-to-Day: As an Inside Sales Rep, picture your day filled with meaningful connections, lead follow-ups, and outbound calls showcasing promotions. Qualifications: Sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Great phone etiquette Goal-oriented and money-motivated Experience in a call center environment, working with call center technology solutions, and prior HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge are a plus!
