Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Soliant has an immediate opening for an inpatient/clinical pharmacist position. This role offers an opportunity to work in a hospital setting. Start : 12/9 Title : Inpatient/Clinical Pharmacist Location : Boston, MA Setting : Hospital Duration : 13-weeks Schedule : Mix of days/evenings (5x8-hour shifts); rotating weekends Duties : This is a full-time position working in our pharmacy providing high quality, cost effective pharmaceutical and/or related services to patients, physicians and appropriate customer groups. Also, participates in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and to provide support to patients, patient's family, medical staff team and other appropriate persons. To maintain accurate and adequate documentation of services provided. Position takes rotating call as required. Experience : Must have at least 1-year of recent inpatient hospital experience Must have a positive attitude and flexibility to work in a unique healthcare environment.
