Job Overview: A prominent law firm located in Washington, DC, seeks an associate to join its market-leading Infrastructure practice. This role requires 3-7 years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in PPP and alternative delivery methods, and offers a dynamic, client-focused environment.Duties: Represent equity investors, financing parties, strategic operators, and contractors in infrastructure projects. Engage with projects in transit, utilities, energy transition, higher education, water, and social infrastructure. Navigate the full life cycle of infrastructure projects, including M&A and financing. Handle P3 concession agreements, design-build contracts, USDOT loans, and competitive procurements.Requirements: 3-7 years of relevant experience. Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of DC is required.Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications: Active membership in the State Bar of DC.Job Location: Washington, DCSkills: Proficiency in infrastructure project financing.
